Why I’m Running
I’ve always believed we can have the most impact by coming together and working right here in our local community.
That’s the approach I’ve always taken – in business and in government. By acting locally, thinking creatively, and building partnerships, we have been able to solve big problems – from economic revitalization, to saving the last parcel of Carr’s Beach from development, to safely navigating the challenges of Covid, to tackling long-debated resilience challenges like flooding at the Annapolis City Dock.
Now I want to bring that same approach to other challenges we face – challenges in education, transportation, sustainability and resilience, equity and opportunity. We have to tackle the challenges together to build a strong future for our families here in Anne Arundel County.
I know from experience that when we work together and believe in what’s possible, we can find solutions and make a difference. That is why I’m running for County Council, and that is why I’m asking for your support.
